Getting here
HQ is in North Hollywood. The exact address and entry instructions come with your booking confirmation. Free street parking is right outside.
What's included
Yamaha HS5 monitors, a Behringer XR18 mixer, camera-friendly lighting, Wi-Fi, and seating for podcast and interview setups. Wi-Fi details are posted in the room.
Best fit
Bands of 3 to 4 pieces, vocal and instrument tracking, writing sessions, podcasts for 2 to 4 people, and small content shoots.
Load-in and load-out
Your booked time includes setup and breakdown, so plan both inside your block. We leave a 30-minute gap between bookings.

Rates
Hourly bookings have a 2-hour minimum. Off-peak is Monday to Friday before 5pm. Peak is weeknights after 5pm and all weekend.

House rules
HQ runs on one idea: the work comes first. Treat the room, the gear and the people in it well.
- Leave it how you found it.
Food and drinks are fine, but keep them away from gear and clean up before you go.
- No smoking or open flames inside.
Anything left burning or tossed carelessly gets you banned. Fire damage and fines fall on the person responsible.
- Keep liquids away from gear.
No drinks on or near mics, monitors, computers or cables.
- Ask before you touch.
Don't plug, unplug or adjust anything you're unsure about. Ask us first.
- Respect the neighbors.
Keep noise down in the hallway, at the entrance and outside. Complaints put every future booking at risk.
- Guests are on you.
Tell us who's coming before they arrive. Anyone not confirmed may be turned away.
- No pets without approval.
Extra cleaning is billed to you.
- Keep HQ private.
Don't post the address, session times or who else works here. Doing so can end your access.
- Zero tolerance.
Intentional damage, harassment, threats, recording people without consent, or ignoring safety instructions ends your session with no refund.
- Cameras may be on.
Security cameras may cover entry and common areas to protect your gear and ours.
Booking policies
All sessions are booked through our booking page. Open room time is never assumed.
A $50 deposit holds your time. The balance is due at your session.
Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full deposit refund. After that, the deposit is kept.
Hourly bookings start at 2 hours, and setup and breakdown happen inside your block.
Monthly lockouts and residencies bill on the 1st. Give 30 days' notice to release your slot.
- Your clock starts at your booked time. It runs until you and your group have fully left. Late arrivals don't extend the session.
- No-shows lose the deposit and may be charged for the full session.
- Going over your booked time is billed at your hourly rate, if the room is free.
Rental agreement
Every renter signs our rental agreement and liability waiver once, before their first session. It covers damage, cancellations and safety, and one signed copy covers all your future bookings. Open it to read the full terms, then download it, sign it and email it to admin@crescent-avenue.com.
